All presentations at the 5th Meeting of Pancreas Club Cluj Romania will be given in English.
There will be no simultaneous translation.
Poster board dimensions will be 90 cm weight X 120 cm height. Adhesive tape to fix posters on boards will be provided. Please mount your poster before 8 am, and remove it after 6 pm.
Presenting authors should attend their posters at the times scheduled for the poster tours. Each block of posters will be presided by two chairpersons who will guide the tours.
Presenting authors are requested to register for the meeting until 31 September. Please note that in order to be elligible for the reduced registration fees, you must also have paid your membership dues.
Best Abstract Prizes:
The best clinical abstract and the best basic science abstract will be selected to receive a prize. The names of the award winners will be announced during the Gala Dinner, on the evening of Tuesday, 9 October.
24 CME Credits will be provided to participants at the 5th PCCR Meeting.
The Association for pancreatology study ”Pancreas Club Cluj Romania” is accredited by the CMR to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
We must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Cacellations will be subject to the following conditions:
Registration cancellation policy. In order to receive a partial refund of your registraion fee, your cancellation request must be received in writing prior to September 27, 2007. A 30% administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refund of any kind, for any reason will be given for cancellations received after September 27, 2007. No exceptions can be made to this policy.
Accommodation cancellation policy. In order to receive a partial refund of your accommodation fee, your cancellation request must be received in writing, 15 days prior to the beginning of the Conference. A one night deposit will be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the reason for the cancellation (including medical emergencies). No refund of any kind, for any reason wiil be given for cancellations requests received with less than 15 days prior to the beginning of the Conference.
Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the Conference concludes.
Participants who need a visa for travelling to Romania should send their registration until 1 September 2007. Upon receipt of both a valid registration form and payment, an official invitation for use at the Romanian Embassy will be sent.
To request an official invitation letter for your visa application, be sure to provide us with your detailed information including: your passport number, complete mailing address, phone and fax number and the e-mail address. All requests should be sent by e-mail to email@example.com .

Please note that organisers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Romanian Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf. The organisers are not to be held responsible for the outcome of your visa application.
